Free U.S. shipping on orders over $35. Rates for smaller orders are shown at checkout.

We currently ship within the United States. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days and typically arrive 2–5 business days after shipping.

As soon as your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking.

Card payments will appear on your card statement as SP GAMUDAPET. Payments made with PayPal will show as PayPal.

Returns & the 30-day fit guarantee

Wrong size? We'll swap it free within 30 days of delivery — that's our fit guarantee. Between sizes? Size up: the buckle adjusts down.

Not the right fit for any other reason? Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for items in unused condition.

To start a return or size swap, email support@gamudapet.com with your order number. A real person will sort it out and send you return instructions — including a prepaid label if the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. See our full refund policy.
