Seller Tools Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 8, 2026

This policy explains how GAMUDA PET ("we", "us") handles data when an Amazon seller authorizes the GAMUDA PET Seller Tools application (the "Application") through the Amazon Selling Partner API. It applies only to the Application. Shoppers on gamudapet.com are covered by our store Privacy Policy.

1. Data we access

Only after a seller authorizes the Application, we access data from that seller's own Amazon account: product listings, prices, inventory, FBA shipments, order status (non-personal fields such as order ID, product, quantity, status and dates), settlement and financial reports, and account performance metrics.

We do not request or store Amazon buyers' personally identifiable information (names, addresses, phone numbers or emails).

2. How we use the data

We use the data only to provide the Application's features to the seller who authorized it: managing listings, pricing, inventory and shipments, and producing reports. We do not use Amazon data for marketing, to contact Amazon customers, or to direct customers away from Amazon.

3. Sharing

We do not sell, rent or share Amazon data with any third party. Data is stored in our own cloud hosting environment, which serves only as infrastructure. We may disclose data only if required by law.

4. Security

  • All connections use encryption in transit (HTTPS/TLS 1.2 or higher). Stored data is encrypted at rest.
  • Access is restricted to authorized administrators based on job need. Multi-factor authentication and strong passwords are required.
  • API credentials are kept in a secure secrets store and are never written into source code.
  • Each seller can only view data from their own account.

5. Retention and deletion

We keep a seller's data only while the seller's authorization is active and as needed to provide reports. When a seller revokes access or asks us to delete their data, we delete it within 30 days, unless the law requires us to keep it longer.

6. Security incidents

We monitor our systems for unauthorized access. If a security incident involves Amazon data, we report it to Amazon at security@amazon.com within 24 hours of detection and notify affected sellers.

7. Seller rights

Sellers can revoke the Application's access at any time in Seller Central (Apps and Services > Manage Your Apps), and can request access to or deletion of their data by emailing us.
